2004年於南開大學獲得理學學士學位; 2009年於復旦大學獲得物理學博士學位; 2009年至2015年先後在德國馬普微結構物理研究所(Max Planck Institute of Microstructure physics)和德國雷根斯堡大學(University of Regensburg) 進行博士後研究; 2016年2月加入上海科技大學物質科學與技術學院任助理教授。 ^[1] 

主要使用低温掃描隧道顯微鏡和原子力顯微鏡，研究表徵單分子及分子自組裝納米材料的電子結構性質和原子尺度的健合結構。利用掃描針尖或激光精細調控單分子和自組裝納米材料的電子特性, 研究由電場或光子對分子器件的調控原理。現在的主要研究對象包括分子自主裝合成的石墨烯納米結構和單分子在絕緣襯底上的化學和物理特性。 ^[1]
