張翠研究方向

1. 植物側生分生組織發育的表觀遺傳調控
植物側生器官是形態建成的重要組分,直接影響產量。本課題組主要以擬南芥為材料,利用遺傳、細胞、分子生化和生物信息學手段,着重研究小RNA 在側生幹細胞起始和分化過程中的生物學功能,並致力於解析側生分生組織發育過程中的表觀遺傳調控網絡。
2. 玉米果穗發育的分子調控網絡
以玉米經典關聯羣體為材料,利用GWAS方法,挖掘影響果穗起始和發育相關的關鍵位點,並試圖解析這些關鍵位點調控果穗分生組織發育的機制。 [1]
