張立軍個人簡介

2003年本科畢業於東北師範大學物理系,2008年在吉林大學獲凝聚態物理博士學位(導師鄒廣田院士、馬琰銘教授 [6]  ),2008-2014年先後到美國橡樹嶺國家實驗室(合作導師David J. Singh教授 [6]  )、美國國家可再生能源實驗室(合作導師Alex Zunger教授 [6]  )、美國科羅拉多大學波爾得分校任博士後研究員、研究助理教授。2014年在國家海外高層次青年人才引進計劃支持下回國到吉林大學工作,擔任教授、博士生導師。分別於2017年、2021年獲國家基金委優秀青年基金、傑出青年基金項目資助。 [1] 

張立軍研究領域

從事半導體材料物理、半導體光電材料、材料計算模擬、新材料設計方面的研究工作 。近年來聚焦半導體光電材料,應用自主研發的材料設計方法與軟件JAMIP(Jilin Artificial-intelligence aided Materials-design Integrated Package) [2]  ,開展新材料設計與物性調控研究 [1]  。具體研究方向:

張立軍研究成果

長期從事材料計算模擬與新材料設計研究工作,基於高通量材料計算與人工智能機器學習算法結合的思路,提出並發展了具有自主產權、代碼開源的材料設計方法與軟件JAMIP(Jilin Artificial-intelligence aided Materials-design Integrated Package) [2]  ,聚焦半導體光電材料,開展新材料設計與物性調控研究,多個從理論上設計預測的新型光電半導體與新物性調控思路得到實驗證實,在光電半導體材料的光電性能優化、去毒化及穩定性提升方面取得了系列創新研究結果。
