張東旭

1998.9至2002.7 江南大學生物工程學院，生物工程專業，獲學士學位；

2002.9至2008.6 江南大學生物工程學院，發酵工程專業，博士學位（碩博連讀）。

2008.6 至 今 江南大學生物工程學院，副教授。

主要從事酶製劑相關的生物化學、微生物學和發酵工學領域研究。

近5年發表論文20篇，其中SCI論文13篇，申請專利9項，其中授權3項，出版專著1部。

1. 谷氨醯胺轉胺酶參與鏈黴菌分化的分子機制，2011.1-2013.12，國家自然科學基金；

2. 鏈黴菌谷氨醯胺轉胺酶參與分化的生物學機制，2010.6-2012.6，江蘇省自然科學基金；

3. 紡織精煉高效生物催化劑技術，863項目。

科研成果及獎勵

曾獲江蘇省自然科學獎一等獎、中國輕工聯合會技術發明一等獎獎等獎項。申請專利9項，其中授權3項。代表性的成果和獎勵如下:

1. 發酵法生產用於紡織品染整加工的鹼性果膠酶和過氧化氫酶, 中國輕工聯合會技術發明一等獎, 2009年, 第四完成人；

2．工業微生物生理特性與代謝功能研究，江蘇省自然科學一等獎，2010年，第八完成人。

榮譽與獎勵

2008年7月獲學校崗前培訓青年教師講課比賽第一名。2009年獲中國食品科技學會科技創新優秀論文一等獎（排名第一）。2010年指導本科論文獲江蘇省優秀本科畢業論文二等獎。
