1999年7月至2001年7月在海洋環境科學與工程博士後流動站師從袁業立院士從事區域海洋學研究。
2000年獲山東省優秀博士論文。
2001年11月晉升研究員職稱。
2003年被中國科學院海洋研究所遴選為博士生導師。
