張利國，博士，教授，博士生導師，自動化學科部講師，山東兗州人，電控學院信息物理網絡系統研究室主任。主要研究應用創新技術解決城市交通問題。研究領域包括智能計算、移動傳感器網絡、交通流分析與控制。自2009年以來，先後主持國家自然科學基金4項，教育部博士點基金1項，北京市教委面上課題1項，北京航天測控技術有限公司委託課題4項。主編信息物理系統專刊1輯，發表學術論文30多篇，包括控制領域頂級雜誌IEEE Trans. Automatic Control (Regular paper), Automatica各1篇。2013年入選北京工業大學“京華人才”。

2006年6月畢業於北京工業大學模式識別與智能系統專業，獲工學博士學位，2006年7月至今在北京工業大學電控學院工作。
