1995.9-1997.3哈爾濱工業大學應用化學系，碩士。
1997.3-2000.10哈爾濱工業大學材料學專業，獲博士學位。
1999.1-2004.3哈爾濱工業大學應用化學系， 講師。
2001.6-2004.3哈爾濱工業大學電子科學與技術博士後流動站，博士後。
2002.10-2003.9英國牛津大學工程系，訪問學者。
2004.3哈爾濱工業大學應用化學系/化工學院 副教授，碩士生導師。
2006.9-2007.7清華大學材料系，訪問學者。
