1986-1989：北京大學法律系　國際法碩士研究生。

1989-1993：北京大學法律系　國際法博士研究生。

1992-1993：意大利歐洲大學研究院　歐盟法碩士研究生。

工作經歷：

1983-1986：北京第二外國語學院英語系任教。

1993-：北京大學法學院任教。

主要從事國際公法、國際環境法和歐洲聯盟法的教學與研究。
