孫東明科研項目
透明柔軟的薄膜晶體管電路在未來電子紙、柔性電池、電子標籤、柔性顯示和透明顯示等領域具有廣闊的應用前景,器件性能的突破源於新型有機或無機材料的發現和選用。不同於傳統的硅基電路,柔性電子器件需要採用新材料和新技術製作於柔性的塑料等襯底上。氧化物半導體具有較高載流子遷移率,但機械柔韌性較差。有機半導體的室温工藝條件和低成本優勢是未來柔性電子發展方向之一,但其載流子遷移率較低、環境穩定性差等問題仍亟待改善。新型碳納米材料(如碳納米管、石墨烯)具有優異的電學、光學和機械特性,適合於製備透明柔性的薄膜晶體管電路,將極有可能促進柔性電子器件的發展。
