蛋白質結構與功能關係的核磁共振譜學研究
蛋白質的結構基因組學研究
疾病的代謝組學研究
利用核磁共振（NMR）技術，結合其它的生化及分子生物學研究技術，研究生物大分子結構、相互作用，以期揭示其結構與功能關係，揭示其作用的分子機理。主要的研究對象包括抑癌基因HREV家族的蛋白，SARS主蛋白酶，植物谷氧還蛋白（Grx）

1989年畢業於北京大學生物系 獲學士學位
1997年在美國University of Wisconsin-Madison 獲博士學位
1997年至2001年在美國The Scripps Research Institute 博士後
