周晶

周晶：男，國務院學位委員會學科評議組成員、中國建築學會防災減災分會常務理事、中國水利學會理事、“世界地震工程”副主編、“防災減災工程學報”編委。

大連理工大學建設工程學部學術委員會主任、大連理工大學研究生督導、“水科學和水利工程”省高校重點實驗室主任。

（研究課題）

1.結構抗震理論和試驗技術；
　　2.結構災變機理和健康診斷；
　　3.城市生命線工程防災減災；
　　4.工程結構風險分析和安全評價。
　　負責國家自然科學基金重點項目“海底管線的損傷機理和健康診斷研究”和973項目“潰壩分析”子課題以及橋樑、海港碼頭健康檢測方面的課題後，最近負責973項目課題“深海柔性結構非線性流固耦合振動與破壞機理”與國家自然科學基金重大研究計劃培育課題“高混凝土壩動力災變的控制理論和對策研究”。

1.工程結構抗震分析理論和模型試驗技術；
　　2.水壩、橋樑、海洋結構和交通工程等重大設施損傷機理和健康檢測；
　　3.工程結構防災減災、安全評價和智能化決策系統；
　　4.工程結構風險分析與安全評估。 ^[1]
