吳曉光

吳曉光，男，博士，研究員，博士生導師。1982年畢業於武漢大學，1986年在比利時、安特衞普大學獲博士學位，1987年在中國科學院半導體研究所做博士後，1990年在美國俄亥俄州、俄亥俄大學物理系做博士後。1993年回國到中國科學院半導體研究所工作。
現為研究員，博士生導師，獲得國家傑出青年基金和中國科學院百人計劃資助。

吳曉光研究領域
長期從事低維半導體物理理論研究，研究內容包括低維電子系統中的極化子、準二維電子系統的迴旋共振及磁場調製平面超晶格，並在國際專業物理期刊發表論文40餘篇，被他人引用500餘次。
從事半導體自旋電子學基礎物理研究，主要研究低維半導體量子結構中的自旋及電荷的光學和輸運性質
