吳少華研究方向

主要從事微生物學和天然產物化學研究。重點開展以下三個方面的研究:
1、植物內生菌資源及生物活性的研究:植物內生菌是微生物資源研究的熱點之一,在農業和醫藥領域具有廣闊的應用前景。從特色藥用植物中分離和鑑定內生菌,進行內生菌資源的多樣性研究,開展抗腫瘤、抗病毒、抗菌等多種生物活性篩選,發現有醫用和農用潛力的活性菌株。
2、微生物活性天然產物的研究:綜合運用微生物學、天然產物化學、藥理學等多學科專業技術,開展不同生境來源的真菌和放線菌中活性次生代謝產物的分離、結構鑑定以及生理活性篩選,發現結構新穎的具有重要生理活性的化合物,致力於微生物天然藥物的研究與開發。
3、植物內生菌與宿主之間關係密切,從內生菌的種羣結構和次生代謝的角度探討內生菌與宿主植物的相互作用。 [1]
