低維材料物理與新型光電功能器件
(1)二維材料異質外延結構的可控制備及物性研究
(2)二維晶體的新型光電功能器件: 手性分辨的光電探測器件、發光晶體管

劉磊研究成果

致力於從原子尺度級別出發設計、構建基於低維材料的新型納米結構,包括可控生長及機理研究,原子分辨尺度上的結構和特性表徵,以及新型光電功能器件的研製。相關工作發表在Science、 Nat. Commun.、PNAS、Adv. Mater.、ACS Nano、Nano Lett.等國際重要學術期刊上。多項工作被媒體報道和期刊高亮評論(NPGAsia Materials、Science Daily、the Engineer、Phys.org等)。 [1]
