劉威教授多年從事芯片設計、光機電集成、MEMS芯片研究工作。在芯片設計與控制分析,光機電集成等方面有多年的技術積累。主要聚焦於芯片設計領域,圍繞模擬與數字混合芯片設計,芯片設計EDA軟件。
實驗室擁有全套正版EDA設計工具軟件,擁大型服務器工作站,可以使用超大計算中心,超大GPU集羣。
實驗室和國內主流芯片設計與製造企業(瑞芯微,長江存儲,星宸科技,京微齊力,憶芯科技等)有着廣泛的合作關係。

劉威工作經歷

分別於2000、2003、2008年獲武漢大學本科、碩士、博士學位。
2015.1~2016.2, 約翰霍普金斯大學訪問學者。
目前:武漢大學教授,博士生導師,微電子系系主任。
