何斯邁

何斯邁，男，博士，畢業於香港中文大學、中國科學技術大學，上海財經大學教授。
何斯邁曾主持多項中國香港及國家自然科學基金項目，並獲得2018年國家自然科學基金傑出青年項目資助。他曾榮獲1992年國際數學奧林匹克（IMO）金牌，及中國運籌學會青年科技獎等榮譽。 [3]
