此曲是翻唱《羅密歐與朱麗葉》的主題曲lovefool,是蔡依林全英文專輯《愛的練習語》的第二首歌曲。

早於2005年曾出版《J1-JOLIN的二十四堂英文日記課》和《Jolin的六場單字派對》，2008年流行教主蔡依林再接再厲，今回用英語談情説愛，又翻唱西洋經典情歌，推出首張英文專輯並同時發行第三本英文書《Love Exercise 愛的練習語》。《Love Exercise 愛的練習語》為三合一精裝愛戀互動版，內有Jolin的首張英語專輯、英語互動光碟和寫真教學書。

英文CD內收錄Jolin全新詮釋關於愛的經典英文曲十首，而Jolin老師更透過互動光碟為英文歌中的單字、片語與句型親自發音授課。至於英語有聲書，Jolin老師深入淺出地講解實用戀愛單字片語文法，全書以彩頁寫真方面發行，內有俏皮、個性、時尚造型寫真主題來作英語教學。
