幫助一隻小鳥利用丘陵山坡和風的力量，完成小鳥飛得更高更遠的願望。色彩多樣的2D畫面，將會隨着小鳥飛過一個個不同的大陸，而變得不一樣。從最初的土黃色基調開始，綠色、白色、藍色多彩等等不同的色調都會出現。而當夜晚的腳步逐漸追上了小鳥之後，天色將會慢慢的變得陰暗下來。直到最後夜幕降臨，小鳥不得不停下來進入睡眠之中。遊戲的配樂風格一開始配以輕柔的鋼琴樂，之後隨着小鳥飛躍的大陸增加，開始變得歡快起來。加上不時吹過的風聲和小鳥歡樂的叫聲，讓人感受到了小鳥能飛翔在天空的愉悦感。
遊戲將有 27 個不同的成就可以挑戰，同時還支持 GameCenter 和 OpenFeint。

成就是按鳥窩的方式升級的，一次三個，就簡單排列一下：
- pocketMoney - collect 100 coins 獲得100金幣
- islandhopper – reach the 4th island 到達第四個島
- tinyslides – do 7 great slides in one game 在一次遊戲中做7次完美俯衝
- touchthe clouds - do 1 cloutouch 衝到雲上去
- earlypoints – gain 5000 points on the 1th island 在第一個島得到5000分
- tinyfever – be 5s in fever mode 5秒Fever模式
- oddnumber slide - do 5 great slides on the 3rd island 在第三個島做5次完美俯衝
- tinyflow – do 1 great slide directly after an island jump 到一個新島時，做完美俯衝
- tinypirate – collect 200 coins 獲得200金幣
- nervousfever – be 5x in fever mode in one game 在一次遊戲中做5次fever模式
- bigpoints – gain 60000 points 獲得60000分
- toofast for me – reach the 5th island withoud speedcoins. 不用加速到達第五個島
- islandjump fever – reach the 4th island being in fever mode 在fever模式中到達第四個島
- giantslides – do 32 great slides in one game在一次遊戲中做32次完美俯衝
- stairway to heaven – do 2 cloudtouches on the 5th island 在第五個島衝到兩次雲

- theholy island – reach the 7th island 到達第七個島
- groundslider – reach the 4th island without doing any great slide 不能作任何完美俯衝到第四個島

- heavypoints – gain 175000 points 獲得175000分
