《Nowhere Man》是英國搖滾樂隊The Beatles收錄於1965年專輯《Rubber Soul》，歌曲由John Lennon創作，署名Lennon-McCartney。歌曲錄製於1965年10月21日和22日，是樂隊第一首與浪漫或愛情完全無關的歌曲，是典型的一首Lennon哲學傾向的創作。 這首歌在1966年2月21日作為單曲發行（未在英國發行），在澳大利亞和加拿大成為冠軍單曲，在美國Billboard Hot 100中達到第3位。 Lennon,、McCartney和Harrison個負責了三部分和聲，歌曲出現在電影《Yellow Submarine》，當角色Jeremy Hillary Boob在nowhere land遇到The Beatles後唱了這首歌。

Nowhere Man創作背景
約翰列儂談到關於這首歌的創作時説：“他當時的大腦陷入了絕望當中，花了5個小時也沒能為專輯Rubber Soul寫出一首歌，後來他索性放棄了，並且躺下身來。但就在這時靈感迸發，旋律和歌詞旋即到來。
他説這首歌就是寫的他自己當時的狀態，慵懶，哪裏也不想去。
麥卡特尼回憶説：“我認為在這一點上，他是一個有點……不知道他要去哪裏，我是如此真實，我開始為他擔心。”
Nowhere Man錄製
這首歌在列儂、麥卡特尼和喬治哈里森的配合下錄製了三個版本。
在後來的電影《黃色潛水艇》中“nowhere大陸”出現時，把這首歌作為了背景音樂。
列儂擔任主音，節奏吉他和歌詞部分的主音吉他伴奏；麥卡特尼負責和聲和低音貝司的演奏；哈里森負責和聲和solo段落的主音吉他演奏；斯塔爾負責鼓的部分。
