Lemon Tree歌曲鑑賞
《Lemon Tree》是一首少有的醒神之作，頗耐人尋味，充滿了20世紀六七十年代的音樂感覺，暢快，濃郁，真性情的自然流露，將等人時的焦慮不安及胡思亂想的心情表現得淋漓盡致。合唱、伴唱的運用使其表演色彩濃郁，感染力極強。只是前面幾句，就給人一種淡淡的憂傷、無助的失落、淺淺的惆悵，雖然歌曲中的“他”的確是在等待女友，但是隨着歌曲旋律緩緩流淌，曲風又漸漸轉為輕鬆、明快，似乎之前的一切灰色調情愫統統煙消雲散了，但這又不能不説是樂景襯哀情，他追憶着女孩昨日所描繪的藍天，記憶雖然甜美，但現實卻非如此，面前孤立的檸檬樹啊，酸酸楚楚

《Lemon Tree》是一首節奏歡快的歌，清新、淡泊、素美的音律和淺吟低訴的歌聲相融合，音樂玲瓏美妙，旋律中透着一點淡淡的憂鬱，聽了讓人舒心。雖然歌詞寫的是無聊、鬱悶和不知所措，但這首歌在Fool’s Garden的演繹下，聽上去卻讓人覺得積極向上，樂觀開朗
