François Dupret，比利時魯汶大學應用力學系教授，FEMAGSoft公司首席執行官。 [1] 
Dupret教授於1990年在法語魯汶大學獲得博士學位。20世紀80年代中期，Dupret教授帶領其團隊，開始晶體生長的研究，10多年來致力於晶體生長行業研發及應用，於2003年成立了FEMAGSoft公司（總部設在比利時Louvain-la-Neuve），並正式推出晶體生長數值仿真軟件FEMAG。如今，FEMAG軟件已成為全球行業用户高度認可的數值仿真工具，為世界上主要的單晶硅公司所使用，在晶體生長數值模擬領域處於國際領先地位。 [2-4]

各類流體、傳熱及質量傳輸問題的建模和數值模擬，包括自由表面流動，湍流，磁流體，多孔介質流動，纖維懸浮流和粘彈性流動等，以及輻射傳輸，凝固過程和單晶缺陷的模擬。
工業成型工藝的數值模擬，涉及塊單晶生長，多晶直接凝固，聚合物與複合材料注射-壓縮成型，結構反應注射成型，樹脂傳遞模塑，塗層工藝和微成型。 [1-2]
