16歲高中畢業，她覺得自己又呆又乖，進入大學生活還太早

18歲時組建第一支樂隊Monro.

2007年，藉由一張自己寄出的 demo，獲得了EMI唱片合約。

《Almost Lover》是由A Fine Frenzy18歲時有感而發所創作的，是《One Cell In The Sea》這張專輯裏的首發單曲。這首愛戀輓歌除了在歐洲引起廣大回響，更在斯洛文尼亞奪下冠軍寶座，更被MTV真人實境節目【The Hills】，以及知名電視劇【Big Shots】，不約而同地選作配樂；並作為插曲出現在湯唯、廖凡主演的電影《命中註定》中。

A Fine Frenzy曾在知名美劇《CSI：NY》（犯罪現場調查：紐約）第四季中客串並演唱這首歌曲。
