《All of the Lights》由蕾哈娜演唱副歌段落，埃爾頓·約翰負責歌曲的鋼琴彈奏，艾麗西亞·凱斯、艾文·菲爾德、查理·威爾遜、德瑞克、La Roux樂隊的主唱艾莉·傑克遜、菲姬、約翰·傳奇、肯·路易斯、Kid Cudi、瑞安·萊斯利、託尼·威廉姆斯等歌手共同獻聲

。視頻以黑白處理的影像開始。攝像頭跟拍着一位穿梭在冬季城市、在前往學校路上的小女孩，此時播放着《All of the Lights (Interlude)》。約一分鐘後，這首歌的歌詞和視頻參與者的名字開始在屏幕上閃現。隨後坎耶·維斯特在閃耀的燈光下登場，站在警車頂部的他開始表達自己的情緒。蕾哈娜和Kid Cudi則依次出現在各自的演唱段落
