龍鳳

2002年畢業於華中農業大學生物技術本碩連讀專業，獲理學碩士學位；2010年畢業於美國Iowa State University分子細胞發育生物學專業，獲博士學位。2010年至2013年先後在美國Iowa State University和Purdue University從事博士後研究。

主要研究方向包括細菌抗多藥泵蛋白的晶體結構和功能機制，以及病毒與受體相互作用的結構機理等。結究成果分別發表在Nature，J. Mol. Biol.，Nucl. Acids Res.， Antimicrob. Agents Chemother.等期刊上。

膜蛋白是一類重要的蛋白，在維持細胞正常的生理活動中起着非常關鍵的作用。膜蛋白結構與功能的研究對於基礎科學和人類衞生科學的發展具有重大深遠的意義。由於膜蛋白特殊的生化活性，對其分子結構和生化功能的研究目前仍比較困難。因此，對膜蛋白的研究在國內外仍是重要的發展方向。本實驗室的研究主要圍繞不同體系的膜蛋白的結構和功能而展開，主要包括與人類疾病防治相關的膜蛋白。所開展的研究將主要應用並結合X-射線晶體學、分子遺傳學、生物化學和生物物理學的技術和研究方法，以膜蛋白三維結構解析為核心基礎，對膜蛋白的分子作用機制進行探討和闡述。
