1993年畢業於中國科學院蘭州化學物理研究所獲博士學位,同年到山西大學化學化工學院工作。2001.11-2003.12月分別在英國皇家學會和德國巴斯夫公司的資助下師從國際著名金屬有機化學家M.F.Lappert教授、英國皇家院士進行了為期兩年的博士後研究工作學進行合作研究。近五年來在Organometallics、Dalton Transactions、Journal of Materials Chemistry 等雜誌上發表論文60餘篇,已申請中國發明專利7項,授權4項。 [1]
