陸小華

1982年畢業於武漢水利電力學院電廠建築結構工程專業，獲得工學學士學位，1987年6月於武漢工業大學獲結構工程碩士學位。1995年12月芬蘭赫爾辛基工業大學獲得結構工程博士學位。1982年8月至1984年9月在湖北省電力一處工作。1987年6月至1991年3月在武漢工業大學工作。1995年12月至1996年8月赫爾辛基工業大學博士後， 1996年8月至1997年10月新加坡南洋理工大學博士後。1997年10月至2006年3月新加坡理工學院講師。2006年3月起任汕頭大學土木工程系副教授 ^[1]  。

長期從事高等院校教育工作。致力於把素質教育引入工程教育中。開發教學軟硬件。主講結構力學，結構分析， 預製與預應力混凝土結構, 結構評估與修復，應用科學， 互聯網技術等課程。歷任結構實驗室，建築維護實驗室主任。到汕大後將致力於將CDIO理念引入工學院教學改革。
