主要從事離散元數值模擬，有砟及無砟軌道沉降以及土工材料加固的研究，在Geotextiles and Geomembranes、Computers and Geotechincs等國際期刊發表SCI論文10篇，其中以第一作者6篇；授權專利2項，主持國家自然科學青年基金項目1項，校級項目2項。
