陳國凱人物介紹

陳國凱現任澳門大學健康科學學院教授,珠海澳大科技研究院代院長 [3-4] 四川大學生物化學學士(Sichuan University),美國貝勒醫學院博士(Baylor College of Medicine),威斯康星大學博士後/助理科學家(Assistant Scientist, Wisconsin Genome Center, University of Wisconsin, Madison.Morgridge Institute of Discovery),美國公立衞生院誘導多能幹細胞中心主任(Director, iPSC and Genome Engineering Core Facility, National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, National Institutes of Health, USA) [1]  。陳國凱博士師從人胚胎幹細胞之父James Thomson,開發了當前國際流行的以E8培養基為基礎的幹細胞培養體系,為人類胚胎幹細胞誘導多能幹細胞的技術發展作出了突出貢獻,開發了新的細胞培養和操作手段,併發明瞭多種幹細胞培養分化體系。他的成果正被幹細胞領域廣泛的應用,一些專利發明已進入商業運作成為行業標準。目前團隊在以下領域開展工作:研究幹細胞生長髮育的分子機理;開發與臨牀應用相匹配的幹細胞生長髮育條件;建立幹細胞移植的動物模型;研發幹細胞大規模產業化的生產條件和流程。 [2]
