金小赤

從事生物地層學、沉積和古地理學研究。主要的工作地區為雲南西部、青藏高原和周邊地區以及華南，研究內容多為晚古生代生物地層學、沉積和古地理學。對岡瓦納相沉積和生物在中國的分佈、岡瓦納裂解地塊在中國西南部的分佈和拼貼過程以及特提斯的發展和演化有較深入的研究。對青藏高原以及天山在新生代的隆升和環境變化以及相應的地層學和沉積學記錄也有一定的研究。

負責國家科技部科技基礎工作項目“中國典型地層剖面的立典研究”之課題（編號：G99-A-05a，2001DEA20020-11） “非海相二疊系\三疊系界線層型剖面的研究”（1999年-2003年） 負責國土資源部“十五”科技專項“遼西熱河生物羣及綜合地層研究”之課題（編號：200010404 ）“熱河生物羣的載體—遼西中生代盆地的沉積學研究”（2000年9月—2002年9月）。 參加國土資源部重點科技項目（編號：200210000009）“中國大地構造格架中幾個關鍵點之研究”，負責滇西昌寧-孟連帶的研究（2002年01月—2004年12月）。 負責中國地質調查局基礎研究項目（編號：200113000022 ）“中國西部典型造山作用研究”之課題“天山造山帶新生代構造隆升及環境效應”（2001年01月—2003年12月）。 負責國家自然基金委員會重點項目（編號：40232024 ）“石炭-二疊紀冰期對海相無脊椎動物地理分佈格局的影響”（2003年01月—2006年12月） 負責中國地質調查局項目（編號：1212010611801）“中國和亞洲地區關鍵地層劃分與對比”之專題“中國和亞洲顯生宙地層對比研究”（2006年01月— ） 負責科技部科技基礎性工作專項“中國地層立典剖面及若干斷代全球界線層型(編號：2006FY120300)”之課題 “中國親岡瓦納相區早二疊世冰後期沉積主要界線的典型剖面、時限和對比”（2007—）
