郭志強

2013年獲的法國圖盧茲大學和中國科學院大學雙博士學學位，2014年至2015年在英國伯恩茅斯大學從事博士後研究，2016年入選海南大學C類高層引進人才。

已發表學術論文20餘篇（SCI論文27篇，含JCR 2區以上20篇），Springer發表Book Review論文1篇，論文累積它引87次，累積影響因子59.15。

先後主持國家級項目3項、歐盟Erasmus Mundus項目1項、中國科學院A類先導專項專題一項、中國科學院大學科技創項目1項。

作為主要參與人先後參與國家自然科學基金重點項目、國家科技支撐計劃、中國科學院A類先導專項、國家水體污染控制與治理科技重大專項等國家級項目8項。 ^[1] 

魚類繁育生理與生態學，包括魚類早期發育生物學、魚類早期環境生物學、魚類繁殖生理生態學 ^[1] 

研究發現海洋魚類腸道不僅是食物相重金屬的吸收場所，也在水相重金屬吸收過程中發揮了重要作用，因為海洋魚類要不斷的吞嚥海洋來維持滲透壓平衡，這與淡水魚類有很大的差異。

海水魚類腸道中水相重金屬的吸收受到飢餓、投餵平率、投餵水平、食物中重金屬含量、魚體發育階段等因素的影響，對養殖生產過程中如何通過管理投餵策略防控養殖魚類重金屬累積、環境監測和保護中魚體大小的選擇、魚體重金屬含量季節差異的詮釋等方面有重要意義。

以廣泛入侵雲南高原地區的鰕虎魚科（Gobiidae）的子陵吻蝦虎魚和波氏吻蝦虎魚為例（鰕虎魚科是擁有魚類種類數最多的科之一，有2000多種），與法國圖盧茲（University of Toulouse）著名魚類生態學見Sovan LEK、Julien Cucherousset合作，研究了它們入侵高原湖泊後生境選擇、生活史策略、營養生態位、攝食行為等關鍵生態環節，據此提出了控制這兩種外來魚類經濟有效的策略，並評估了入侵羣體的top-down效應及其對其他土著種類的影響。 ^[1]
