Shao Heping, male and from the Han nationality, born in 1950, is a native of Wuhan, Hubei Province.

He currently serves as researcher on Political & Culture Theory at Wuhan Academy of Social Sciences, vice-president of the Wuhan Association of Supervision Science, director of Hubei Association of Yan Huang Culture, member of Hubei Association of Political Science research. He has enjoyed a special allowance awarded by the People’s Government of Wuhan Municipality, special allowance awarded by the People’s Government of Wuhan Municipality and so on.

His academic expertise is Mao Zedong Thought and Theory, harmonious development of society. Some of his projects are supported by the National Social Science Fund, 2 monographs and 2 co-authored books published by Hubei Education Press, Hubei People’s Publishing House, Social Sciences Academic Press. Many papers were published in core journals such as Jianghan Forum, Hebei Academic Journal.
