趙永強

2013年畢業於美國威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校數學系，獲博士學位。

2013-2016年於加拿大滑鐵盧大學和 Centre de Recherches Mathematiques 研究所進行博士後研究。

2016年10月至2017年4月， 為德國波恩馬克斯普朗克數學研究所訪問學者。

2017年5月入職西湖大學。 ^[1] 

主要研究方向為數論與算術幾何， 具體包括：算術統計，數域類羣torsion子羣，代數簇上有理點和整點的分佈，數的幾何，最近的研究興趣也包括代數曲線的syzygy理論和譜理論。 ^[1]
