谷楊楠研究方向

植物在與微生物長達幾億年的共存互作過程中演化出了極其複雜和精密的免疫系統。有別於具有專職免疫細胞的動物,植物的每一個細胞都可以啓動免疫反應,甚至可以精確地調用和改變細胞的其他生理過程來實現多樣化的免疫結果,是一個具有高度研究價值的系統。
實驗室致力於研究植物的免疫調控機制。我們利用分子,細胞,遺傳,生化,生統,生物信息學等綜合手段主攻此過程中免疫分子和信號是如何利用細胞內膜轉運系統以及核質穿梭來啓動,控制和終止抗病反應的。我們同時也關注細胞核膜上的大分子複合體(如核孔複合體)以及全新的跨膜蛋白對植物細胞免疫的調控作用。 [1]
