譚軍

1995年，中山大學應用力學與工程系學士

2001年，中山大學計算數學專業理學碩士

2013年，中山大學通信與信息系統工學博士

2015年，加拿大Concordia 訪問學者 ^[1] 

為政府、高校，國有企業，民營企業實施過信息系統超過50個案例，領域包括政府、教育、民航，銀行，公安，製造業等各個行業。 ^[1] 

主要工作成績:從事開發過大中型信息項目近50個；獲得著作權登記7項，實用新型專利1項，申請發明專利1項；發表論文10餘篇，大部分為SCI\EI收錄；參與國家基金、境外合作、省部級攻關項目多項，主持省部級市級科技項目5項，橫向項目3項，其中主持研發的"高校競價採購網"累計成交超過10億元，推廣到幾十家著名高校和單位進行使用，並榮獲2008廣州市優秀軟件產品． ^[1]
