蘇樺,男,1977年1月出生,博士、教授、博士生導師。1999年獲電子科技大學電子材料與元器件專業學士學位,2002年獲電子科技大學材料物理與化學專業碩士學位並留校任教,2006年獲電子科技大學微電子與固體電子學專業博士學位。主要從事高性能電子功能陶瓷材料及器件應用的研究,近年來在抗EMI(電磁干擾)鐵氧體材料、低功耗鐵氧體材料、微波旋磁/介電陶瓷材料、複合磁性-介電材料及應用,LTCC(低温共燒陶瓷)材料及器件應用等領域開展了較為深入的研究。2009年獲四川省“傑出青年學術技術帶頭人培養計劃”支持,2012年獲教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計劃”支持。現為電子科技大學“電子薄膜與集成器件”國家重點實驗室成員以及“信息薄膜與LTCC集成器件”國家自然基金創新羣體成員,四川省科技青年聯合會理事。先後主持和主研了國家“863”和“934”項目、國家自然科學基金重點和麪上項目、軍口預研項目、四川省科技支撐項目以及橫向企業合作項目十餘項。在包括Appl. Phys. Lett, Phys. Rev. B, J. Appl. Phys, J. Alloy. Comp等國際學術期刊上發表SCI期刊論文80餘篇,其中以第一作者發表SCI收錄期刊論文28篇。申請國家發明專利20餘項,已獲授權14項。出版中文著作一部(《軟磁鐵氧體器件設計及應用》,科學出版社出版),英文著作一章(美國NOVA科技出版社出版),榮獲國家技術發明二等獎和國家科技進步二等獎各1項,以及其它省部級二、三等獎8項。 [1]

蘇樺人物介紹

蘇樺2006年12月獲電子科技大學微電子與固體電子學專業博士學位。現主要從事電子陶瓷與元器件、LTCC材料及無源集成器件領域的研究。為電子薄膜與集成器件國家重點實驗室成員以及電子科技大學首批國家自然科學基金創新團隊成員。先後承擔過多項軍口預研項目、橫向企業合作項目、國家“973”和”934”項目、國家自然科學基金項目以及四川省科技攻關等項目的研發。獲國家科技進步二等獎一項,教育部科學技術進步二等獎一項以及國防科技進步二等、三等及四川省科技進步三等獎各一項。以第一作者在“IEEE Transactions on Magnetics”、“Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials”、“Materials Science and Engineering B”、“Materials Chemistry and Physics”、“Physica Status Solidi (a)”、“Journal of Materials Science”等國外重要學術期刊上發表論文十餘篇,被SCI、EI收錄二十餘次,承擔本科“固體電子器件”專業課的講授。
