葉海青

葉海青, 男,1979.03出生,博士,吉林大學食品科學與工程學院教授,博士生導師。國家註冊營養師,中式烹調高級技師,高級西餐烹調師。2002年6月,畢業於揚州大學營養科學教育專業,獲理學士學位; 2007年6月,畢業於吉林大學衞生毒理專業,獲醫學碩士學位;2013年6月,畢業於吉林大學預防獸醫學專業,獲農學博士學位;2019年1月至7月香港大學訪問學者。主持參加國家自然科學基金、國家“十二五”、“十三五”項目7項,主持參加吉林省科技廳項目5項,企業課題3項,發表國際重要期刊論文30餘篇,申報國家專利10餘項。
