萬翔，男，於美國馬里蘭大學帕克分校獲得博士學位。現任職於美國俄亥俄州立大學哥倫布分校，並於2018年晉升為副教授。

主要研究方向為產品和服務多樣性、庫存管理，及供應鏈協調。其研究成果多次發表於Strategic Management Journal、Production and Operations Management、Journal of Operations Management、Decision Sciences Journal、Journal of Business Logistics、Journal of Supply Chain Management、International Journal of Production Economics，及International Journal of Production Research等國際期刊。
