胡楚雄研究方向

在精密機電測控領域,圍繞集成電路製造裝備、數控機牀、機器人等中的精密/超精密運動系統,開展了高性能運動控制和測量標定研究,注重理論原創性和實際有效性,包括:1、高性能多軸協調輪廓運動控制;2、精密/超精密運動控制理論及應用;3、超精密工作台測量系統自標定。研究興趣為精密運動控制、機電一體化、多軸協調運動、控制理論及應用、自適應控制、迭代學習、神經網絡、機器人、非線性系統、精密測量標定等。。 [1]
