胡方，男，漢族，1972年2月生於浙江寧波，研究員，創新工程“語音與言語科學重點實驗室”首席研究員。2003年3月至今，在中國社會科學院語言研究所工作，歷任助理研究員、副研究員、研究員，語音研究室副主任。
