肱骨大結節撕脱骨折定義
由摔倒時肩處於外展外旋位，肩袖肌羣強烈收縮所引起的肱骨大結節的撕脱骨折。多由間接外力所致，移位明顯不能復位者，應行切開復位內固定術。
