耳後腺

耳後腺，無尾兩棲類動物的眼後、枕部兩側的皮膚腺

蟾酥是蟾蜍皮膚分泌的白色漿液 ,分泌部位為耳後腺和皮膚上的疣狀突起 (稱皮膚腺 ) .目前中藥材所用主要取自耳後腺的蟾酥 (《本草衍義》)

【異名】蟾蜍眉脂(《藥性論》)，蟾蜍眉酥(《日華子本草》)，癩蛤螞漿(《新疆藥材》)，蛤蟆酥(《山東中藥》)，蛤蟆漿(《中藥材手冊》)。

【來源】為蟾蜍科動物中華大蟾蜍或黑眶蟾蜍等的耳後腺及皮膚腺分泌的白色漿液，經加工乾燥而成。

動物形態詳蟾蜍條。

【採集】夏、秋季捕得蟾蜍後，將體表洗淨，晾乾，然後刺激其耳後腺及皮膚腺，使之分泌漿液。

漿液須盛於瓷器內，忌與鐵器接觸，否則易變黑色；並須立即加工，以免時間過久而變質 ^[1]  。
