範建華研究方向

(1)生物轉化與綠色低碳技術
主要針對富含生物活性物質和高效環境修復的微藻優良種質,重點探索營養與環境因素對微藻生長及代謝作用機制、微藻光合自養和光暗發酵過程中碳氮磷高效生物轉化及優化調控技術,為微藻植物蛋白和生物活性物質生產(如藻膽蛋白、PUFAs、色素、多糖等)、環境治理(CO2減排和污染物降解)與生物質利用、生物餌料與飼料、生物能源的開發提供綠色低碳關鍵技術。
(2)合成生物系統構建與應用
主要以微藻及藍細菌等光合微生物為研究對象,基於功能基因組學、代謝途徑解析與組裝、合成生物技術等手段開發藻細胞底盤,建立成熟的表達系統/基因編輯體系(細胞核、葉綠體基因組),實現外源蛋白(如疫苗、工業酶、藥用蛋白、抗體、細胞因子等)在藻細胞內高效表達,藉此推動微藻綠色細胞工廠相關技術的發展(如重組微藻疫苗、活細胞光-酶催化等),實現高值化利用。
