1、植物乾旱和高鹽反應的分子基礎 [1] 
2、植物脅迫響應中植物激素的交互作用
逆境是影響植物生長髮育的主要環境因子。逆境信號轉導中脱落酸起非常重要的作用。我們以擬南芥和水稻作為模式植物進行逆境及脱落酸信號轉導途徑中關鍵因子的發掘,研究它們的生物學功能及其與農藝形狀的關係。另外一個研究重點是,用遺傳學、生物化學和分子遺傳學方法揭示植物發育及逆境中脱落酸與其它激素信號之間的交互作用。 [1]
