王璞人物經歷

王璞學習經歷

1997-2007年先後於瀋陽藥科大學藥學院藥劑學系和生命科學與生物製藥學院微生物與生化藥學系獲得本科、碩士和博士學位。 [1] 

王璞工作經歷

2008-2012年在美國約翰霍普金斯大學從事博士後研究工作。2012年8月作為國外引進人才回到東北大學生命科學與健康學院工作,繼續從事環氧合酶-2(Cycloloxygenase-2, COX-2)通過炎症機制調控退行性疾病發病機制領域的研究。 [1] 

王璞研究方向

主要從事環氧合酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2, COX-2)代謝紊亂參與阿爾茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease, AD)和骨關節炎(Osteoarthritis, OA)發病機理的研究。應用體外細胞模型和體內小鼠模型相結合的方式,探討COX-2通過調控炎症因子的表達影響AD和OA發病的分子機制,試圖揭示非甾體抗炎藥(NSAIDs)作為COX-2抑制劑類藥物治療AD和OA發病的分子機理。進而對COX-2調控AD和OA發病的信號傳導通路進行闡述,發現AD和OA發病的分子靶點,為藥物開發提供新思路,新靶標。 [1]
