2010年3月-2011年9月受聘為美國芝加哥大學微生物系訪問助理教授 ^[1] 

病毒與宿主細胞的相互作用機理，以及重要畜禽病毒性傳染病的新型防控技術。 ^[1] 

近年來以第一或通訊作者在美國科學院報PNAS、病毒學雜誌Journal of Virology、Virology等國際期刊發表論文16篇，作為唯一作者的《蛋白質技術在病毒學研究中的應用》（20萬字），出版於中國科學技術出版社。其代表論文有：

2006年“副粘病毒入侵宿主細胞的分子機制研究”獲得教育部全國“百篇”優秀博士論文，2011年獲得教育部新世紀人才獎。 ^[1]
