王兵主要成就

王兵個人成就

王兵教授的研究領域為凝聚態物理,致力於金屬 / 半導體多層膜結構和性能、薄膜物理、低維物理的研究,發展了相關的實驗技術和納米結的製備方法,首次報道了納米結的量子電容效應;發展了一種新的納米材料非晶化方法,發現非晶化對量子限域效應的抑制現象;構造了基於C60分子和金屬Pd納米量子點的負微分電阻原理型器件等。已在SCI 收錄期刊上發表論文100餘篇,其中包括Nature1 篇、Nature Commun.1篇,Science2篇、PNAS1篇、Phys.Rev.Lett.6 篇、J. Am. Chem. Soc.5 篇等。 [2]
