研究方向為土壤微生物與生物技術。主要研究根際促生菌（PGPR）拮抗植物病原菌的特性，從事PGPR菌株中的新型次級代謝產物合成基因簇的發掘、物質功能鑑定、物質分離純化及分子結構鑑定。 ^[1]
