又稱顏料黃34。主要成分為鉻酸鉛和硫酸鉛固熔體的鉻酸鉛顏料，其化學組成為PbCrO4·xPbSO4，其中PbCrO4約為65%～71%，PbSO4約為23%～30%，隨PbSO4含量增加外觀為淺黃至檸檬黃色粉末，為單斜晶形或斜方晶形，密度為5.0～6.1g/cm3，吸油量為14～28g/100g，抗滲色性好，遮蓋力優，亮度與中鉻黃相等，優於深鉻黃，碳酸性與中鉻黃相等，優於深鉻黃，耐鹼性差，分散性較好。

淺鉻黃基本簡介

淺鉻黃是用可溶性鉛鹽例如硝酸鉛、鉻酸鹽（如重鉻酸鈉）和硫酸鹽為原料，嚴格控制反應物濃度、加入速度、温度、攪拌速度、反應時間及加入的穩定劑，生成適宜晶形、粒度及其分佈和穩定程度的淺鉻黃粒子，經過濾、乾燥和粉碎而成。淺鉻黃是種明亮、淨潔顏料，遮蓋力較高、不易褪色、易於研磨、與大部分塗料基料不發生反應。鉻黃在室外應用中仍然具有較好的耐久性。由於具有較好性能和較低價格，淺鉻黃在許多體系中得到廣泛的應用，如道路劃線漆、印刷油墨、紙張、油氈、皮革加工橡膠、粉末塗料等行業!鉻黃也可以應用在非鹼性的牆體粉刷和水性漆中。
