波士頓學院高中於1863年創立於美國。波士頓學院高中是一個男校,由耶穌會最初創辦。波士頓學院(BC)是一所羅馬天主教會的大學,故波士頓學院高中是一所天主教會創辦的高中。它有一個在校學生數在7-12年級約1,550名。
