沈淵，博士，1982年出生，中國共產黨黨員。清華大學電子工程系長聘教授、博導，現任系黨委書記。^[4] 2014年10月回國進入清華大學電子工程系擔任副教授、博士生導師^[1] 。

2015年度“求是傑出青年學者獎”獲得者。^[2]

沈淵主要從事信息系統和網絡科學等領域的基礎理論研究^[1] 。
